PB&J Protein Smoothie

Smoothies are a great way to pack everything you need for the day into one delicious meal you can take on the go! You can add protein and supplements, and it’s my favorite way to sneak in collagen, chia seeds, and extra greens. This recipe is one of my very favorite smoothies that I make at least once per week!


Ingredients (makes about 1.5 pint-size mason jars)

1 fresh organic banana

3-4 frozen organic strawberries

1-2 tbsp fresh organic peanut butter

1/2 – 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk

1 scoop Garden of Life Raw Protein & Greens

1 scoop NeoCell Super Collagen Powder

1 tbsp organic chia seeds


Add all ingredients to blender and mix until smooth!

Of course, you can use your favorite nut butter, milk, protein powder, and switch out any supplements you want to add. These are just my favorites, and sometimes I even throw in a handful of power greens, kale, or spinach! Plus, I always store mine in sealed mason jars to throw in my bag before work or Barry’s Bootcamp!
